Newtech: Two things. 1. You don't really need a lawyer to apply for PR. All the necessary forms and info are in cic.gc.ca unless you cannot read/write English or you simply do not have time to research. 2. You do not need a Nepali Lawyer. Just find a good one regardless of their origin.

What do you need a lawyer for? If for AINP, I did not use one. It's easy and straight forward.
