Do you mean Artesia as little India. If so then you are right. Most of the Nepalese based in Artesia came through DV or Assylum and almost all of them are family person. You wont see young nepali as there are virtually no students in that area. However if you explore other area in and around Los Angeles then you will definitely find the people of your interest.
