hey guys, i am pretty sure there are people who came to nepal and apply for H1B from here. i am in similar situation now. my h1b just apprved and i dont have any pay stubs. i will be working from oct 1st. in this situation, what documents do i need to apply for h1. also, i forget, do i need to submit money at nabil bank first or i need to get form from embassy first and then submit money at nabil bank for interview date. i also read somewhere that after gettig h1b, one has to go to " labor department of nepal" and fill some kind of form. could you also mention something about that. thanks.
