I have VISA question fro anyone who has experience or knows. I am a H1 student visa holder and I have to leave the country for an ermergency situation . My visa expires on JULY 30 07 and I am 2 classes away from graduation. I can take the summer classes which start on june31 but do I have to extend my visa? or can I return without it and will I get OPT? In any case does anyone know if you can get visa extensions from UK??

Would appreciate your advise

1. Its not H1 but F1.
2. F1 visa never expires as long as you are student. Check you I-94 (small white paper attached at your passport) if it says D/S i.e. duration of stay valid.
3. Make sure to get papers from your international office before you leave.
4. Rest I didnt understand.
