Guys, I'm on H1B, and looking for a consultancy/company that does H1B "transfer", and processes Green Card. Any knowledge? I've been working as a IT consultant for continuous 3.5 years now. I did reach out to a few Nepali consultancies in Irving/Dallas area, but apparently, they aren't capable of green card processing..they only talk big :( Any sugggestions.
