 DV lottery page connection error

Dear Friends,

I am trying to fill up this year's DV lottery entry form from Singapore. But I have a problem which is like this : 

I have IE8 , Google Chrome and Firefox as internet browser. The first page of DV entry form opens when I click it but as soon as I try to check using the photo validator or the first page of entry form , the connection is reset and there occurs error message. Can someone explain why this problem occurs ?

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues,
including:


  • Internet connectivity has been lost.

  • The website is temporarily unavailable.

  • The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.

  • The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the
    website's domain.

  • There might be a typing error in the address.

  • If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click
    Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols
    are enabled under the security section.
