TIN number le last year ko tax file garna milcha through turbo tax.....sathiharu yeso suggestion garnu na hai....thanks

Why don't you check yourself? If the ITIN number goes thorugh in 2010, then it will work on 2009 but has to download 2009 software ( has to pay upfront $18 at TAXACT.COM) Print sign and put it in the email.
For sure if you have ITIN number and filing tax you can not enjoy certain credits? Are you a student ? If that is the case my suggestion will not work.

yes i m f-1 student syanjaali.... i haven't got the ITIN number yet but i will get in a week. I don't have SSN so i have applied to get ITIN through HR Block. 2010 i will get around 800 but 2009 , i haven't file so i am curious that i can do through turbo tax or not because it is free.........any more suggestions please
