He should be along with other Maoist terrorists. First they killed or threw out all non Maoist supporting citizens from the villages. Then they threatened that if a Maoist candidate loses then they would kill all villagers. That was the winning strategy. Kill them all.

WHEN I ASKED PEOPLE IN NEPAL WHY THEY VOTED NEPAL. EVERY ONE WAS SAYING THEY WANTED SOMETHING NEW THIS TIME. THAT'S THE ONNLY REASON MAOIST WON. LET'S SEE WHAT THEY ARE MADE OF. OR NEPAL WILL BE NEXT NORTH KOREA.
