We have earhquake in nepal, we cant go to Nepal that's why we r granted the TPS. Don't say we have earthquake in nepal, i want to go and come back....

Apply for TPS, ead and travel permit and if you are granted those, go to nepal and come back. Your retun is definitely at the POE officer's discretion.

Apply for advance parole after you are granted TPS! It's a huge risk if you travel though!
