kehi barbad bhako chaina..ho paila ta job payo tyei ramro! badhai cha..
first get h1b and go back to nepal if you want to get married in nepal, getting h4 visa won't be a problem. and apply for GC.

Dherai le garne tehi ta ho ni. yest ramro opportunities chha. h1 ani green card. ani timi kasarai barbad bhayo? wahiyaat kura. Jokes aside here is my suggestion.

If you are above 25 years of age, I think you should get married before applying I485.

If you are below 25 and you have masters degree and your company is willing to apply your green card immediately in EB2 catagory then you will get your GC in less than a year from today provided you do not have any kind of criminal conviction. By the time you get 30 years you will have your citizenship then you can marry and easily sponsor your wife. Sponsoring your wife with green card is very time consuming.

It all depends upon your priority. Get your priority straight and act accordingly.

don't count your chickens, take one step at a time, wait for h1 approval and take things from there

Get H1 B card with you first. Then, go to Nepal, get married. Bring your wife as your dependent. Its just easy. You are all settled. Enjoy your life!!
