KATHMANDU, Sept 14 - National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), has held the Royal Nepalese Army's negligence responsible for the heavy loss of life in the Maoist attack on Pili, Kalikot, on August 7. NHRC also dismissed army claims that Maoists had tortured and mutilated the corpses.

Which one is true???? Kantipur Media house's news are toooo conflicting...
