 Uber when in H1B and TPS

Hi all,

Quite a broke situation here, need to make some extra cash and wanted to know if it was legal to work as a driver while being a full time with an employer who holds my H1B. Will there be a problem status wise, if I say that I used my TPS EAD to work for uber?

My understanding is, it's illegal. Since at the end when you file a tax, how you are going to include your employer W-2 with Uber 1099 being in h1?
Note, I am not any expert on this matter.
Also if you are in h1 you stick to h1. I  guess can't take benefit of h1 and tps at the same time.
