hello people i need some help. A relative got me iphone 6s from abroad but it has previous owner's apple id linked with it.no way to contact previous owner because it was bought in person by relative, I can not activate the phone. is there a way to fix it and be able to use it? please help

Truly speaking, there is no way to activate that phone. Basically, it is a garbage unless u use its parts for another iphone.

It's most likely a stolen phone. there is a store on the opposite site of photo concern in New road with a bigass apple logo. take it there or any other "unlock" place and haggle. It'll most likely cost you upto 20k.
