 hi my sister in law wants to bring her spouse(my brother) to usa,can anyone give me a good suggestion on the procedure to be followed,she has been in states for over two months now and she is there as a refugee( she is bhutanese and came to usa under relocation programme) is it better for her to go to a immigration lawyer and do the process or is it possible to fill up all the papers herself,
if immigration lawyers are needed can anyone suggest me a good immigration lawyer around rochester new york? and if you think lawyer is unnecessary where can we get the forms to be filled? 
i wil appreciate any information to my queries, and as i am not living in states i am noob to the immigration stuffs so please excuse my questions,THANKS IN ADVANCE sajhabasiz

Tell your brother to apply for F1, thats the quickest way, otherwise it might take anywhere between 4-5 years for green card holder to bring spouse

Someone has similar problem : Spouse applied for H1 and got caught.
